My husband and I drove the sea to sky highway as it was recommended by many friends. At the end of it all, we wound up in Whistler. We roamed the villages and didn't stay long as we had to turn back and drive to Vancouver. Beautiful town, overly…More »
I took the first AM ferry from Vancouver to Vancouver Island and it wasn't packed unlike the one I took back to Vancouver around 5PM. Overall, clean, nice cafes, good breakfast, and FREE WI-FI!! Yay!!

I've been here before years ago and wanted to take my husband. It's a great stop to spend 2-3 hours here checking out the suspension bridge, tree tops after crossing the bridge, and the cliffwalker (newest attraction). Very cool!!

I haven't been here since I was a kid, but what I remember is that I absolutely loved it...and well...still do! I followed the SeaWall to the Info Center. There's a road to the right of the Info Center, follow it up and you'll see signs that direct…More »

This is a neat stop. The waterfall isn't as magnificent as Shannon Falls, but still deserves a visit. If lucky, you'll see a rainbow inside the waterfall. I do plan to go back one day to revisit as I didn't get to the suspension bridge which is a…More »

Chinatown in huge. This is coming from a comparison to San Francisco's Chinatown, which I'm familiar with. The streets go on and on filled with goods on the streets. I would definitely check it out and do a walk through. There are bakeries,…More »

It's worth a 1/2 day trip to check out. Although much smaller than the Granville Island Public Market, it still has wonderful eateries and quaint shops. I would check out Granville Island Public Market first and if you have spare time, check this…More »
