Sushi in Burnaby-ish. Best Bang for your Buck

See All Lists
Burnaby/Lougheed. It's not the trendiest place to eat and you won't find fusion of any kind but I've discovered places that will satisfy any sushi lover (even the ones that call themselves foodies) for a good value. p.s. I try to bring my own containers since most municipalities don't recycle styrofoam yet *tear drops for Mother Earth*. It's a bit dorky, I know.

Fresh sushi prepared and owned by a cute Japanese couple ^_^

A bustling discount sushi joint with a simple and well-executed menu. I have never seen so many sushi chefs behind one 8-foot counter before - if you're looking for good sushi around the Lougheed Mall area, you've found it!

Large portions, relatively fresh ingredients, and horrible service - like everything in life, it's a trade off.

Food: It's hard to screw up sushi and this place does it decent. Large portions is what keeps me coming back.
