Buns of Steel!!! (5)Vietnamese Bun, that is. These delicious noodle-y delights are nothing short of heaven on earth, and the most memorable (for better or worse) can be found at the following places.This list is still in progress, but I award points for the following criteria: - Type of lettuce used (iceberg? aw hell naw!) - Type of herbs used - Type of toppings (peanuts, fried onions?) - Noodle temperature (cold? tepid? hot?) - Grilled meat quality/selection - Egg roll quality (rice wrapper=bonus points) |
