Parking
Neighbourhoods: Japantown, Lower Pac Heights, Pacific Heights, Western Addition/NOPA
Cheapest covered parking rates I've ever seen in San Francisco, an easy-to-navigate lot (no crazy tight spaces or ridiculously steep driveways), and security cameras placed all over. I'm pretty sure there is no better place to park in SF. Love it so…More »

Smog Check Stations

I'm sorry, but Yelpers (and San Franciscans in general) are just unable to give hard feedback in any situation short of a business owner place-kicking a 12 week-old AKC champion Frenchie through the uprights at Candlestick. This place is nothing…More »
Please do not go with All Star Glass. Window repair services are a dime-a-dozen (even mobile ones), and ASG managed to botch scheduling for a simple job, thus wasting the half-day I took off to have my passenger-side window replaced after a break-in.…More »
This is the kind of place where you can be a dude, bullshit with other dudes, and get a fresh cut.
Every time I walk out of here after an appointment with Shorty, I feel like throwing some anvils on a tree branch and pressing the shit out of…More »

Franz is like the Latin grandfather I never had.
He's happy to take his time working with you to figure out how to get your particular job done best, which might explain why he's a little slow with his work (I almost had an issue with turnaround time…More »

Just like everyone else said, quite expensive, but well worth it.
They were a little less precise in their work than Franz Tailor (the spin-off shop 2 floors above owned by a third family member), but they were also priced slightly lower and the…More »

Never thought I'd see a 4 star average score for a UPS Store let alone write a 5 star review of my own, but this place deserves it.
I had a load of packages to pack and ship after doing some spring cleaning/EBay'ing, and came to this location.
Long…More »
The best endorsement I can give for an automotive shop:
After a single experience, the folks at The Car Doctor join the very short list of people I'll let touch my car.
I usually do most of my own work, but after moving to San Francisco, I've found it…More »
Much like everyone else here, I took my G35 to Eugene for maintenance work and came away extremely pleased with his level of skill and professionalism.
My thoughts echo the sentiments found in every other review, and demonstrate service that's…More »
The best gym in SF (and I've tried a few different places).
People come here to get in shape with a minimum of bullshit. Plus Hasad, the gym manager, plays a lot of Rihanna, which makes me feel like an empowered woman as I do my maxed deadlifts.
