Prepare yourself for long lines, but the wait it worth it. Good prices. Good atmosphere. Good service. Longer menu than usual -- choose wisely.

6. New Zen Japanese Restaurant
Traditional Japanese-American fare served by Japanese-Americans to Japanese-Americans.

Who would've thought that Boom Noodle would make such a tasty ramen? Not me. But then I tried it and I thought "A chain restaurant that makes yummy ramen for a cheap price? Now I've seen everything."

Another awesome little ramen joint in the West End. There are so many kick-butt ramen joints within 2 blocks of Robson and Denman! This neighborhood is half the reason I come to Van.
