Nice sized portions and good specials. Pizza and hoagies and dam good. Good chicken cheese steaks.

The pizza was expensive and not as good as I remember when I was a kid, basically was undercooked and tasted like cardboard, Place is pretty dirty too. There were many other pizza places on the boardwalk that look way better.

Sandwiches are awesome and probably the best in the neighborhood. The pizza is just ok but I will give it another chance and let you know the verdict.

2 slices of pepperoni and a can of coke for $7.50 is a bit much, Pizza was undercooked a little and doughy. I have had better for $1 a slice all over NYC. Some of the other selections looked good. Close to the Hilton manhattan east
