NYC 5K 1-Mile

An old friend and I went to NYC for me to see my family and give her (on her first trip to NYC) a guided tour of the city as only a native really can. We invented the 5K 1-Mile as a way to consume as many calories as possible while exhibiting a general bit of exercise. It ended up being a little less than two miles with all of our twists and turns between our start at the Doughnut Plant and finish at Crif Dogs. For purposes of caloric intake, we included the final stop at Grand Central's Magnolia, but didn't include the distance. Here are some of the highlights...
