Pretty good latte and just average service. It seems every place in Montreal has this service problem though.

The decoration is cozy, with comfortable chairs and some retro posters. I cant's say much more about this place. I went there once for a…More »

Looking from the outside, this place is really deceptive. It looks like a small, traditional crêperie, but it only takes one step inside to see how HUGE it is. This is true for most of the places in Old Montreal anyway; I'd say this is a pretty…More »

Ah, the Montreal pattern: good food, so-so service.

This is certainly one of the best restaurant/bars I've ever been to, period. They serve the World's Best Mojitos and ceviches to die for in very generous portions.

We sat outside in their spacious patio (there are even hammocks there!) enjoying a very…More »

Now THAT'S what I'm talking about! Those are the crêpes I dream about, with rich chocolate and paper-thin dough. The chocolate drinks are also pretty much amazing (be sure to try the grandma-style hot chocolate).

Ok, so why only three stars then? Well…More »

How sad it is that I discovered my favourite bar in Canada and it's in another city! We went there two times, and it was simply amazing.

It's a small (I could really say cozy) rock pub on Boulevard de Maisonneuve with a tiny entrance and a bold logo…More »
