A smaller cozy theatre.
6'4" friendly as you can jam your feet under the seats in front of you for 6 inches of extra leg room. So nice :)

The Centre is high up on the list for worst venues in Vancouver in terms of leg room.
Just plain uncomfortable and ugly springs to mind as well.
