I found the Hapa service good and consistent and the menu to be more user friendly than other nearby Japanese izakaya places. On the downside, Hapa has a club/lounge vibe so I felt distracted from a focused eating experience.

Any of the Guu locations offer great izakaya options.
My favourite thing about this location is the little raised seating area where you take off your shoes and sit on the floor in front of little tables. So fun!
I'd been to the Main Street location, but last night was my first time at the Denman location.
