I don't understand why this place has been hammered in the ratings. While not outstanding, it's certainly not sub-standard.

I've been here again and it must have been right after they opened. Freezing! Brrrr. Like you must wear your jacket while eating and to raise your internal bodily temperature, you MUST pour half a bottle of rooster into your pho.
