HK Cafes

You know you love the 'jack of all trades but master of none' Hong Kong style cafes - usually giving you an overwhelming menu selection of Chinese, Western and Chinese/Western 'fusion' cuisine. As a HK cafe gourmand [read: ghetto gourmet], my staple meal and litmus test is baked pork chop on rice with a iced HK coffee & milk tea to wash it down.
