Great place for a Valentines Date - especially on Burger Monday when they are fantastic and 2 for 1! For romance - share a real chocolate shake - it may take some time but it is time that you will enjoy together.

Second smokehouse that I have tried in Halifax - and definitely the best. Doesn't feel at all like a chain - and I don't think it is.

Large open room, lots of wood and brick showing. Great feel! And it plays blues music all the time - bonus!

Don't know how I missed not posting this earlier. This place has been around for longer than I have been legal for drinking beer. It has (of course) beer, beef and lots of atmosphere. It's funny, its kind of a family restaurant in a bar atmosphere.…More »
