Fantastic spot, appropriately small menu, amazing breakfast and lunch. Every neighborhood needs a coastal. If you are a waffle fan,try the Elvis. Theses guys rarely disappoint.

Stopped for lunch here and yum.
We had two different glasses of wine - both were great. The pappardelle with rabbit was just perfect. The pasta soft but not at all overcooked and the rabbit very savoury.
