I had really good normal poutine. Fries were crunchy enough to hold up to gravy and cheese. Cheese was solid when served, melted slightly as heat emanated. Gravy was alright but vegetarian.
I had a steamie with some smoked meat on it just because I…More »

Smoked salmon sandwich with a side of poutine. Incredibly satisfying. The poutine is a little mushroomy, which I liked. Floppy fries, solid and unmelted curds, but hot enough to melt if you mix it up. The sandwich was perfect, thick cut of salmon,…More »
They were in Park Slope on Saturday. I paid $6 for 6 chicken/thai basil dumpling and an ersatz satay sauce.
The dumplings are sad and droopy, I've had better ones come out of my microwave. Filling is generic white meat without much flavor. The wrapper…More »

Everyone said the tacos were good and they were correct. As much as Korean fusion tacos are already a food truck cliche, they did not slouch here. I got the short rib and a pork, both were tender and braised-y. Tortillas were just ok, but are more…More »

I got the last meatball sub they ever made. It was free. It was delicious. Bite me Portland, it's the closest you're getting to a Garden State sub again.

Second best pod/food cart confabulation in Portland. The best is the one near Prost. The pizza place was okay, potato champion screwed me, everything else was great.

A little expensive, but they have huge portions and delicious food. Linguini and clams with added sausage (which is worth the dollar), plus a coke, were an even $10. Great cold rainy day fare.
While waiting for my food one guy asked if I wanted to…More »

People were friendly, food was quick. Kimchi fries were very good, well cooked 1/4 inch cut, but a little bit meatless. Seasonings, vegetables, were all there.
Tacos were just okay, vegetables and sauce hid the meat enough to make pork and beef…More »
Seen at a farmer's market near the bliss statue on Treasure Island. Menu has fish tacos, chicken curry, cheeseburger, some tuna thing, and a philly cheesesteak. Everythings $7 other than the $6 burger. Not the cheapest food truck, but it seems like…More »

Pulled pork poutine stuffs. I ordered, walked to the ATM, and when I came back my food was ready and it had come out way, way too cold. It was otherwise decent, I can imagine it would be pretty delicious if warm and covered in less than entirely…More »
