Stayed here for three nights in May and can't say enough about the place.

Surrounding gardens were beautiful. Room was modernized with A/C and a well-updated bathroom. Breakfast was included; minimal and perfectly sized with a different set of jams…More »

My second favourite stop in France.

Close to impossible to find, but worth the swearing.  Located in Boulbon, this place is close to St. Remy, Avignon, Les Baux, etc.

Beautiful grounds with a salt water pool.  Very popular for nude sunbathing, so we…More »

I've stayed here thrice now and love it.

Once this past June and a couple times at Christmas (kinda like a calm before the Storm of seeing in-laws and family).  Beautifully decorated rooms with the most comfortable bed outside of my own home. The…More »

Nice little boutique hotel.  Smack-dab in the middle of everything - markets, restaurants, etc.

Room was small as per usual, but well planned.  We were absolutely bagged by the time we arrived (and done in by the heat - English/Canadian blood not used…More »

Not a bad place to stay. Owned by the same company as Pillar and Post, Prince of Wale and a few others.

Big rooms, but A/C needs attention. Good sized bathrooms. Staff are really friendly, but I am not sure how they survive a hot and…More »

Stayed here again for a wedding on the weekend.

The FJPL is under major renovations at the moment, but nothing really to be seen that takes away from the beautiful surroundings.  Would like to return once the work is done.

Standard Fairmont hotel experience and stay.

Luxurious reception area with multiple places to sit and rest.  Fantastic location, as VIA runs and stops right underneath.  Loads of places within walking distance, including old Montreal.

No real complaints about this hotel.  The GUESTS maybe, but not the hotel.

Stayed one night through priceline/hotwire for $99 and although this was listed as a 4-Star, I would say that is stretching the truth, but only a little bit.  The $20 parking…More »

I'm the worst person to ask regarding hotel accommodations as I don't care about the place except for three things:

1. Location
2. Bed/bedding looks ultra clean or NEW
3. Bathroom is clean and doesn't need repair

Stayed here for one night in late May.

Recently updated lists from Richie S.

It rubs the lotion on it's skin... (10)

Places where men can go to get their pretty on.
...creepy List Name, huh?!

Skip these if given a choice. (10)

Lets keep this one basic - a list of places that I would now have to bribed somewhat to even think about returning.  No joke.

Great, but (10)

Here's a list of fantastic places that just aren't quite "there" yet.

Good places to help you dress like a Man (8)

Well, if I can't act like one, at least I can fool some of you by dressing like one.

Mmmmeat (15)

If it were socially acceptable (and healthy) to eat red meat at every meal, I would load up my bbq in a Radio Flyer and pull it everywhere I went.

Instead, I am forced to search for establishments that either serve-up or will sell me glorious mounds of animal flesh.

Fine Dining Establishments (8)

Hey, because I'm pretentious like that!

Places I've frequently visited (and in turn either sold my first born, or a kidney).

The Best of Oakvegas (15)

For those brave enough to venture forth into what was the Original Cottage-Country, Oakville has some of the best establishments around.

French Places (20)

I've always had a fetish for French eateries.  Full-fledged restos, bistros or boites - it doesn't matter.  I'm just getting around to as many as possible.  But cut me some slack; I'm on the case and I'm going as fast as my lazy ass can.

Maybe it's b/c I judge everyone / everything and generally think I'm better than everyone else.  It's the frenchie in me!

French Places, not in France, but in the GTA (16)

I'm on a mission to get to as many Good French place in Ontario as possible before I need a bigger pant size.  Here's the list so far.

Helloooooo love, would you like a sweetie? (7)

K, that came off as creepy rather than Mrs. Doubtfire-ish.

These are place to grab something for your sweet set of teeth.
