the chutney and sambhar are pretty good. i also am a fan of the pongal.
we come here for tamales at least once a week! but you have to be quick, they are usually out of the rajas tamales by the evening. love their vegetarian options: fresh and tasty. and the agua frescas and horchata are yum too.
Our lunch on a Sunday took forever. The waitress was nice. The food was eh.
Came in just before closing on a Monday night. The food was fine. I had a veggie burger and my boyfriend had the trout. Unusual for being pink, but I guess that's the way they are there. The waitress warned us ahead of time. She was friendly and…More »

We stopped for lunch in the downstairs cafe this summer on our way to Grand Teton National Park. We had sandwiches which were simple and good. It was weird to see everything with no one around.
This place was expensive and only ok. After a long day, we got a drink at the bar, which was nice, and had a good selection of beers. We didn't have reservations, but it didn't take too long to get a table. Ours was right next to the huge windows…More »
We got great sandwiches here on our way through Cody. I loved that you could specify exactly the length of your sub! The iced coffee was good too. We ate them outside of town in the Big Horn National Forest. Will definitely stop in again if I am…More »
We were so excited to see the Wildside Cafe after a long day of driving through Wyoming. It took us a while to find a place, and by then my boyfriend was exhausted. The girls at Early's took good care of us. We got beers from the bar down the…More »
I was so disappointed that they were out of doughnuts! The breakfast was simple and the coffee was good. So other than that, no complaints.
yum!
we were surprised to find an Ethiopian restaurant in Sioux Falls. My boyfriend and I are both fans of the cuisine, and we were more than ready for something different after a few days of hamburgers for him and grilled cheese sandwiches on the…More »

this was my first culver's experience. my boyfriend had been raving about their butter burgers, so we stopped in on our way to chicago. they messed up my order (i never got my custard!), but they did let me order a kid's meal, which i appreciated,…More »

ugh. as nana says, never again. three of us ate here this summer, two of us had pastas which were so bland, and my boyfriend had the wiener schnitzel which was inedible.
really delicious ice cream and candies - we were particular fans of the cashew turtles.
we came in and sat at the bar and watched the olympics! they were very friendly. I had a delicious pasta putanesca and my boyfriend really enjoyed his big piece of meat dinner. i think it was pork. (i'm a vegetarian and i don't pay such close…More »
We stopped in for lunch and were met with super friendly service. I got the veggie burger and my boyfriend got the hamburger. Both were great, and we were sweet talked into getting a piece of blueberry pie that was also pretty good.
we came here on a recommendation from a guidebook. i had a greek salad which was pretty good, and my boyfriend had some fish that he enjoyed. the service was nice, and we liked our beers too.
we got coffee, pastries and delicious sandwiches for lunch at this cute italian deli/grocery and bakery.
we stopped in for lunch. i had the mezze platter and the boyfriend had the gyro. both were well presented and tasty. somehow though, i don't have an overall good feeling about the place.
