Chinese restaurants in Vancouver, BC

Vancouver BC is the mecca of good Chinese food. My parents think it's because so many of the top chefs from Hong Kong immigrated to Vancouver when HK was handed back over to China. Whatever the reason, there's no better place for Chinese food. People (e.g. Eugene at the last Elite event at Two Beers) often ask me where to go since there are tonnes of Chinese food (and other ethnic) restaurants all over Vancouver (and Richmond) so I'm going to start a list just for you folks. I grew up in Vancouver, most of my friends are from there, and my family is still there, so I should be able to come up with a good list.

Fantastic dim sum, great seafood dinners. The crab is incredible as is the drunken chicken, prawns w/ vegetables, tong sui, all of it. Delicious.

Best of Capitol Hill (26) My favorite little spots in Capitol Hill, my favorite neighborhood. If you're from Vancouver, I'd say it's a mix of Davie and Commercial Drive. If you're from the SF Bay Area, I'd say it's a mix of Castro and the Mission (minus Latino influence because Seattle is pretty darn white).	Places I love to hate (17) Never go here.
Must sees and dos if you're visiting Seattle (11) I think I've answered the question, "what should I see/do in Seattle on my next trip" a couple dozen times, ditto for Vancouver and San Francisco where I've also lived. So here's my list of must sees, must dos, and must eats for Seattle. So far I've covered some of the eats. I will get to the must do and must sees soon.	"I feel good. I knew that I would, now" (9) Places to go to feel good.
Japanese food in Seattle (6) I'm from Vancouver BC and later San Francisco, so I'm a picky eater of Japanese food because I've been spoiled silly in other cities where it's more popular. Hence, this list is short.
