If you are in this neighborhood and get a hankering for a burrito, there is the original Boyz and the nee Bandidos that offer up finer, fresher ingredients at less of the price. The experience here is very Mr Pita of burritos. Kind of generic. The…More »

This is Toronto's version of Tex Mex. Chili has no place with burritos. Bland veggies stuffed into a cold tortilla is not good. There is just not enough flavor. Maybe some salsa that doesn't come from No Frills would help?

I finally can complete my Yelp list with this review of Z-teca burritos. We were able to order in a group for delivery at work. Yeah! So, I can't say anything about what the store looks like, and maybe the transit time decreases the quality, but it…More »
Every time I get a craving for the cilantro soup, it happens on a Friday or Saturday night. Eating dinner in a relatively small room with some Mariachi band members poking guitars in your face gets a little annoying. So, I haven't been in years.…More »

For the record: This is the original location of the restaurant formerly- known-as- Burrito Boyz. The original two owners who created the deliciousness of a Toronto-style grilled burrito have split up. One kept the original name, one the original…More »

Burrito Boyz was the first and still the best of Toronto's Burrito grilling establishments. This is totally not a California burrito kind of thing to do.

Walking past this place, who knew it had changed from a sit-down all fancy mexican food served on plastic plate kind of place to a burrito joint? My eyes have been opened. Same plastic chairs and nacho libre painting- but with burritos only. The guy…More »
