Came here to watch a Bears game (against the Lions...not a great night). I ordered a burger as that's my usual Dukan Diet choice at bars. It was pretty decent. I think our waitress was training another girl and she seemed pretty lost. She forgot some…More »

I went here last night for an event called Jam for the Cause that my friend was performing in. She roped me in to help out at the door selling raffle tickets. I don't recall having gone to the place when it was Harry Caray's but they had a great set…More »

Wow I just love Moonshine. It's not the most luxurious location nor is it the most original. But when you're trying to watch the Bears play from Wembley Stadium and Boundary kicks you out of your booth, Moonshine really comes through and saves the…More »

So I will fully admit that I am not a great judge when it comes to hamburgers because you would generally have to run over one with a car and pour crap on it for me not to like it. And even then I would probably take a bite so as not to waste the…More »

I went here last night at 6:30 for a meeting with some BU alumni (the owner's wife went to Boston University!) and was blown away by the decor, the food, the service, and the crowd! We were seated right away and ordered the cheese ball and cheese…More »

Went here yesterday for lunch before the frigid cold Bears game. The brunch buffet looked very tempting but I just couldn't resist a big juicy burger. I ordered the Wilde Burger (involved something with Irish whiskey and caramelized onions) and sweet…More »

Stopped in here for a mini-networking event with a few ladies. They suggested the turkey burger, which is exactly what I ordered! Indeed, it was delicious. We had attentive service all night.
The beer selection on tap seemed pretty good, sports games…More »
I finally got to check out DMK with my good friend the other night and I'm kicking myself for not getting a milkshake! But no worries, I live pretty close and I plan on going back soon. So I tried the burger with marinated portobello mushroom, blue…More »

This was my absolute favorite place to bring guests in London. We would start out at Westminster and walk down the Embankment by the London Eye, the booksellers under the bridge, the Globe Theatre, etc. until we crossed into Borough and were…More »
Still wonderful after all these months! My parents and I went here last Saturday night to celebrate my mother's birthday. I ordered the rabbit foie gras mousse and brussels sprouts. Both were rich and delicious. My dad had the sautéed rainbow trout…More »

Sorry to repeat my post from Smashburger, but the event was just as much about the restaurant/food as it was about Yelp. So as for Smashburger, here goes:
"So, when are you due?" "Oh, no, I'm not pregnant. That's just my food baby from Smashburger."

I came here on Tuesday night to meet a friend for some dinner before another event in the evening. The beer selection: excellent. I love beer. They even let you try tastes of what's on tap if you're not sure what to order! I ended up getting one of…More »
With all of the reviews this place has already received, I don't think I need to add much more. Except to say that the macaroni and cheese is the best I've ever had. And the Lair of the Minotaur was juicy, brie, pear, meat perfection. Nuff said.

I've been to The Pony about a dozen times this year and I manage to have fun every single time. It's not the classiest joint or the biggest, but for a neighborhood bar, it is just right. I went here for St. Patrick's Day drinking on Saturday and…More »
