Excellent burgers and fries and decent prices on the daily drink specials. Always packed to the max and loud, but these things are to be expected at a pub. Very convenient location.

After a dinner in Gastown we stopped by here for a nightcap (or four). When we walked in this place was absolutely bursting at the seams with people (always a good sign). It's a narrow space so you have to move past the crowds to find a seat. We…More »

If Don Draper lived in Vancouver, he would be a regular here. Fantastic atmosphere and amazing drink selection (especially the scotch). I will be back!

This pub has a great location in the heart of Gastown. Service was great and the drink selection is not bad. Excellent music selection as well.
We went for Sunday brunch. The prices are steeper than your average brunch but the food was worth it. If you steer clear of alcohol it isn't too bad, but that would be a shame since they have some amazing drinks and a very impressive wine list. I…More »

I stumbled across this place during my first exploration of Dunbar. A nice little pub with a great drink selection (they even have Snake Bites on the menu - although they were out of blackcurrant cordial so I didn't get to order one). The food…More »

Incredible selection of beer from all over the world. They also have an interesting selection of cocktails, including a "Beergarita" (I ordered this and it was gooood).
Not a huge cider selection but they do have a lot of fruity beers to make up for…More »
You had me at we-named-our-bar-after-the-lea d-singer-of-The-Smiths (even if he is a bit of a pompous windbag, we love him just the same).
Funky decor with a bit of a medieval British hipster meets Texas Chainsaw Massacre theme going on. Great beer…More »

Good cider. Good prices. Good food. Good service.
There is always a good drink special. When I went it was super cheap pints of pear cider and I am always a big cider fan. This was no exception. I had the buffalo burger which came with an aaaaamazing…More »
