A Montrose institution. Has a "health food" spin. Love the bison burger with BBQ sauce and sweet potato fries. The burger comes out nice and juicy. It's easy to dry out a bison burger but this is consistently good.

They usually lead to a brick & mortar restaurant if they achieve popularity. They're also all around the bars at 2AM just when you need them. Sure, some are annoyingly cash only. |
