ASIAN SHOPPING CENTRES

This is my list of the Asian Shopping centres/malls that have come up in the last decade or so and are very popular with the local communities and tourist alike. Coming to these locations, is like stepping into Asia without having to fly there. You can take it anyway you like it, but I do see the positive and it gives me an escape form the regular western world out there, where I can have my Chinese junk food, shop for gadgets and hear the hustle and bustle of the people from all ethnic backgrounds. It's pretty neat!

Still not enough seating. I'm getting old. I need to sit every 200 metres and after finding a parking spot I'm exhausted. The parking is much better than Crystal Mall which is basically nutso, so in comparison, this isn't all that bad.

Parking is Terrible especially if you have a bigger SUV. I feel sorry for those SUV's that try to park into tight spots. The parking lot is under construction right now and that just makes it worse.

Great places come and gone. (1) Places that I would repeatedly go to that were good, but are sadly no more.	You call this Italian? (5) Places that serve Italian inspired food. So...Is it Italian or is it Ispirando! Mostly this list is about Japanese or Asian influenced Italian food. When I tried Italian food in Japan it was quite different from what my friends from Italiy would make andit lead me to this. Fusion.
Steveston Village (40) I still have to work on this list, but it's growing. Lots of stuff to do in Steveston Village. When it's sunny outside there's even more to do. During the spring and summer, every second sunday, there is the Farmers market as well.	Mojofoodies -Chinatown (22) We're going downtown to Chinatown! My list of places and things in and around the Chinatown area. Places that have been here for years and still running business and places I've newly discovered. It was an area I grew up in and remember fondly. It is a place I return to for those memories and to create new ones.
Cantonese Food (4) Cantonese Food, probably one of the first Chinese cuisines to come to Canada. This is a list of places that I've eaten at in Vancouver that serves Cantonese style food.	Japanese Food. What it Means to Me. (25) Japanese food to me is a home cooked meal. It's not always sushi and not always raw and not always rice. Here's a list of the Japanese restaurants that I've been to that I consider more authentic than others. Yasuyo can claim this list as hers as well. Although there are alot of great places I haven't been to yet. (I'll get to them someday) This is just a list of the places that I've been to that I would recommend.
