"Public Dreams is pleased to announce that Illuminares will be taking place in the downtown east side on Saturday, July 24th with W2 Storyeum. It will be a departure from years past, but remains a celebration of community, art and light. We are enthusiastic about working with the downtown east side community and working with the community of amazing artists, performers, musicians, volunteers and staff that help create the framework for this amazing event. This years Illuminares promises be a new and spectacular event for all."
