This looks so tempting. I'm trying the week of no booze thing too, but cheap drinks and what looks like great company is pretty alluring.

I'm going to try to make it there for 7pm, the latest 7:30pm. But I will be there for the boozing.

Isn't Humpday an NYC only concept?! In my experience, Torontonians don't really go out on Wed. nights!

I'm confused, is she sad that she isn't humping on hump day or is she just dissappointed that she has to go to these lengths to point out to her husband that there is to be no humping on hump day?

I don't think I can make it for 6:30 but I can be there by 7:30.

@Payam Z: I never took Hump Day to mean one has to go out but Thursday has already become the new Friday in Toronto, and now that everyone is heading off to their cottages on Thursday nights, I think Wednesday has become the new Thursday.

Don't hump just because it's hump day? What's wrong with these people? I've had sex for far more frivolous reasons than just because it's a Wednesday.

Prudes.

The Lakeview doesn't take reservations but "guaranteed" a table for 8 (this includes the 5 who are in, Avitania's +1, Nox, and Roma).

I suck at TTC, what's the best way to get there from the subway?

Where are you coming from Nox? You could take the subway to Ossington and then bus south to Dundas or head for Dundas and take a street car across to Ossington.

I live a block from Lawrence station, so probably west from Dundas unless south down Ossington would be way faster (which I think it may be).

Much faster. Traffic down Ossington shouldn't be bad at all.

I was going to come, but I just got home from the gym and the couch feels soooooooooooooooo good :)
