@Roma M: You can choose from just seafood, to a combination of seafood + meat (usually pork and beef), or just meat.

@JIng K: They give you a raw egg and you can decide whether to crack it into your soup.

The one I had was house special at Tofu Village, comes with 1 clam, 1 tiny shrimp, not sure about calamari tho.

@Roma M: The soup is boiling when it arrives at the table. When you crack the egg into the broth, it cools down the temp a bit while cooking the egg.
I've seen seafood soon tofu stews with and without the squid. It usually depends on what they have in stock that day; some places use a frozen seafood mix.

@Min Min T: The traditional soup base has some seafood and/or meat product. The places that cater to white people might have a veg version but I wouldn't bank on an "authentic" place serving a truly veg broth.

The "kimchi" tofu option is really good here, I would choose that over House version. Just saying.
