Surviving three recessions and five Prime Ministers is difficult enough but consider the beer wasteland into which C'est What was born. We have gone from a choice of Brick, Connors, Creemore, Upper Canada, and Wellington for good beer to well over three dozen craft breweries in our province and many more across Canada. Our customers have helped the local brewing industry by consuming somewhere in the order of 2.9 million pints of beer over the years or over thirty-thousand keg parties. To get an idea of how our collective passion for a good pint has grown consider that this past year we sold as much beer as we did in our first three years in business combined.

Our tap lineup has grown from eight choices to five casks and thirty-one draughts over the years. There is now a stellar selection of twenty-four available day-in and day-out and another twelve that change from day to day or week to week.
