Anyone need an Olympic branded backpack? How bout 500?

Or a flat screen TV or leather couch? Maybe a Snowmobile...

You get the picture. This starts 9am March 26th and runs to mid June.

I heard today that they are adding 40 items per day? Not to sure about that. Sounds like it is luck of the draw. Kind of far to drive for a garage sale, but I am definitely intrigued.

If anyone makes the trek, can you update us??

I heard people lined up there at 1am in the morning......... not sure if it's worth waiting in line so long for one of the 25 flat screens released for the day?

I think I will wait a few weeks before I attempt this.
Heard the TVs don't include any warranty etc. Sounds a tad risky for the electronics stuff.

Was just at brunch with some friends and one of them worked for the olympics - she said that the TVs aren't that great of a deal when they got the price list - like about $100 off the sale price at Best Buy if you bought a TV under $1000 and you had no way of knowing if you got one of the TVs that was outdoors at Cypress versus one that was kept inside.

I check the items every now and then, now they've got the banners for sale too, the nice ones on the lamp posts all over the city. Haha they even got faux styrofoam rocks! Anyone need a pallet of Kleenex hand towels? Or a pallet full of Acer monitors? There are some great things for those who are starting their own business/office. I'm going to try and check it out this weekend.
