Great work, and decent value considering the Yelp Deals I had. I would go to them again without them and will probably do so soon.
Last year I had a few things framed up--three actually, and two were using Yelp Deal discounts. Everything turned out beautifully and the guys running this location stayed open past their closing time by half an hour to help me finish making decisions. They provided great guidance.

This shop is looked like the dream of heaven.
An amazing shop for framing.

Customer service is over there is absolutely blows.
They will work with your budget and style.
They are helpful for informed about glass,frame options,mattes etc.
They have wonderful eye for good design.

Great work. The guy working there when I went in helped walk me through my options for glass, frames, etc. He was VERY helpful as I was not really sure how I wanted to frame my photo. It was done in a few days and was somewhat pricey, but for the service and quality it was well worth it.

These guys did a spectacular job on an old Chez Panisse menu. It was a difficult job - very unusual colors and shapes, slightly faded too..but they took their time and let me browse the great selection they have, and made great suggestions while letting me be indecisive until the incredibly well matching frame came along. I forget the name of the young man who worked with me but it turns out he had framing experience from Berkeley so was really familiar with the context...Just really spectacular job, worth every penny.

Underglass was my first experience at a quality framing shop. I walked in kinda late (15 min before close) but Alan took his time to help me choose a frame for my print I loved and go through lots of options. As for the end product, it looks amazing and really did the print justice. This is where to go to get something you really care about framed.
