• What am I getting?

  Simply put: one heckuva Deal. We harness the magnificent purchasing might of the Yelp community to swing you massive markdowns at highly rated local businesses. Buying here and paying upfront allows us to negotiate the best price possible — which in turn saves you money.

• How do I redeem my Deal?

  Once you've purchased a Deal, you'll be emailed a voucher. Print it out and present it to the business, or be eco-savvy and bring it up on your handy mobile device. Different Deals have specific requirements (RSVPs, appointments necessary, etc.), so be sure to read the special terms.

• How long can I use my Deal?

  Unless a Deal's specific terms say something different, you'll have a year to redeem the Deal for the offer indicated (e.g. a $50 value for $25); but you can subsequently redeem it for the amount you paid (e.g. the $25). For more information, read the Yelp Deals General Terms.

• How do I keep tabs on my Deal?

  How fun is buying something if it doesn't exist? Answer: naught. As such, we've created a page for your Deals. Keep track of Deals you purchased, access your redemption vouchers, and even see how much you've saved.

• What's the Deal with tipping?

  Gratuity is typically not included in Deals. Businesses are working hard to bring you these discounted goods and services, so please tip them with the un-discounted value of your bill in mind.

• What if I have a problem with the Deal?
