sunday was my second time comeing here.. Ive only been here for brunch because of groupon.. haha gotta love groupon!

The brunch is quite delish.. they have an assortment of foods.. From fresh fruit to omelets and waffels and everything in between.. I loved their pasta and chicken.. im not sure what kinda sauce it was but mixed together tasted wonderful... my taste buds enjoyed it throughly! :)

Its petty much all your breakfast items from bacon to sausage to fajitas(more like steak) to quesidillas.. They have bisquits and gravy... its all super yum..

The service here is great.. it hasnt really been packed the times ive been here so we were spoiled wit attention! :)

I would like to come back for maybe a dinner.. The location is kinda hard to find becuase its in a little shopping center.. I would ever notice it because westheimer is so jammed packed with cars and traffice.. glad i came in the morning when the traffic sint so heavy..

i would try this place again with or without a groupon..

Where do I start... This place is 9/12 times out of 10 the worst places to ever go to. :(

The hallway leading to the restroom smells like straight ass and penis, The atmosphere is duller than dull, the mozzarella sticks look like French toast, most of the food was really bland, and the margaritas are basically lemon juice. -_-

I can say that the complementary bread is good and so was the pizza. Other than that, the food doesn't get a lot of love. O and the servers are ok.

Overall, I don't really know why this place exists. I think it needs a visit from Tabitha Coffee because it needs HELP! I'm not a fan and I don't think the people who I was with were fans either! SORRY NAPOLI! =(

Annnd they have boxed wine on the floor.. In the stinky hallway.. Great.. -__-

Last week was my second time at a Little Napoli, but the first time at this location. The staff was very friendly and quick to serve us. But the food was sub-par in my opinion.

I ordered the shrimp greek salad. I was very thankful for their delicious bread sticks, because otherwise I would have left starving. The lettuce was slightly browning on at least half the leaves. It wasn't mixed at all which only emphasized how very sparse the other vegetables were: two olives, two half slices of tomato and maybe three cucumber slices. And one block of feta cheese. I thought maybe the shrimp will make up for the greens... but that wasn't so either. I pretty much ate half the shrimp and a third of the greens and two big breadsticks. So much for making a healthy choice at an Italian restaurant...

And in terms of the staff, I was a better waitress than they were. They brought the food out fast, but they didn't remember who ordered what. We were in a group of about 8 and every time a new waiter brought someone's food over, they called it something else than what we had ordered it as so no one recognized their order. Good thing I was so hungry that I wanted to speed it all up so I'd point the waiters in the right direction while everyone else stared confused at the waiter/waitress.

Late night hours are great for your vampric Italian delights.
Menu is easy to read, Waitstaff is friendly, and yes, I may have had the server
that Cassie experienced- English = premium. The other waitstaff, including the manager speaks English so there maybe just one waitress that has this challenge.

Side order of 3 meatballs-  ($4.25) my friend asked for an extra meatball (willing to charge extra) and the waitress did not understand enough to include a fourth meatball. Meatball size= small orange.

The Zuppa De Napoli - $7.99 (Baked meatballs sauteed with onions, fresh tomatoes and zucchini in a tomato basil broth soup) would have been a better choice, (paying for a 4th meatball) listed for price/value.  Waitstaff did not suggest this alternative.

I ordered the Margarita Insalata- $7.99. Sliced Mozzarella, sliced Roma tomatoes, Basil, Olive oil and garlic. Priciest ingredient is the Mozzarella; however, I was expecting thick slices of fresh Mozzarella. This is not what I saw on the plate-

Balls of Mozzarella- size of a Brussels Sprout. Thin, transparent slices of Roma tomatoes- really? They aren't organic Beefsteaks. or Charle Trotter worthy, drizzled Olive oil. It looked like an Insalata for a starving runway model.

I explained that I not only noticed the Insalata was not as described, overpriced, and not going to be eaten or paid for- nicely. Bees are attracted to honey, not vinegar.

Their solution- take it off the bill (Duh!) and by this time my friend was already done and I was not willing to order something else. They explained to me that the vendor supplying the mozzarella was not as they ordered- the fact that it was served anyway really bothers me-
Overpriced and little value.  Major brownie points for telling me the truth.

It wasn't until the last minute a waitress offered a $5.00 off card for next time.

Our friend decided to celebrate his birthday here. The place is small and they have karaoke for people to sing on the front.

I'll just go straight to the point. Their server did not know how to speak or understand English very well. (omg) She got my boyfriend's order messed up from Chicken Parmigiana to Chicken primavera. I don't even know how many times we had to tell her that, probably 4 times and she still didn't get it. Everyone was almost done with their food and she came back and asked my boyfriend what he wanted again because she is confused. I had to raised my voice for her to hear me out and she asked if my boyfriend still wants his food (duh!!) because it was taking too long. (something you should never ask your customer when they are still expecting food!

Anyways my friend ordered chicken fettuccine and I ordered  some eggplant marsala or something like that, and that I didn't like very much. Quality of food was okay, and it sucks that being there didn't even feel like it was an Italian restaurant but a Mexican food restaurant. The staff could barely speak English and one of the guys that worked their asked my friend if he ordered something with jalapeno when it wasn't jalapeno but green peppers. -.-

If you don't want to be disappointed and want a good service with some delicious Italian food, go somewhere else.
