Some people are difficult to decide on gifts for. Mostly the men in my life.
I wanted to do something for my sweetie for Valentine's Day but alcohol is typical, flowers... eh maybe but maybe not, candy... I'd eat it... then I remembered Cookies by Design. Even a cookie bouquet can be customized for anyone! My bf is a Marine. So, I emailed the manager of this store and attached the Marine Corps logoand asked if a cookie cake with that logo was possible. She emailed me back promptly and said "yes". I called her and we discussed whether it would be a printed edible logo or a hand "painted" one. I decided on the printed logo because of all the detail needed. I ordered it on the phone. Paid for it over the phone. Requested to pick it up on Valentine's Day in the morning.
When I arrived and saw the large cookie .... wow! I was completely overwhelmed. It was fabulous. I know he will love it.

I highly recommend this Cookies by Design. Given that one can personalize the cookies and not just have the typical, "Happy Valentine's Day," etc, I feel that the boughquets or large cookies can be a perfect gift for anyone!!

The cookies are delicious!
I had a discount from http://livingsocial.com and they were happy to customize my order. I got a 7 cookie basket with Angry Birds design. Everyone I showed loved it, especially the recipient. I was really happy when I saw my order when I picked it up. Plus, the cookies were actually delicious. I thought they'd be hard and gross the next day but it still had a great texture and the icing was not too sweet. It was perfect.
I also tried an oatmeal raisin cookie, which was soft and chewy. I loved it!
I'll definitely come back here for my next occasion.

I am SO glad that a cookies by design is now close to me. I emailed them for a catalog and they sent me a 10$ gift certificate and a coupon for a free cookie. And a picture to enter in a coloring contest.
I let my daughter color that and we dropped it off. They gave her a huge cookie on a stick just for entering.
For the 10$ we got a few m&m chocolate chip cookies and a cookie on a stick. Yummm.
Today we just got a card in the mail for my daughter saying she won the coloring contest and a 10$ gift certificate. Its possible they sent one of these to all the kids that entered. I thought it was really nice of them. My daughter felt really good about herself. And not only did she get a cookie the first time... but now she can go back for another on the house!
The sugar cookies on a stick are what dreams are made of.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. When I die... I want to go to cookies by design. :)

Cookies by design has been customizing gorgeous cookies for me for years and all special occasions such as my wedding, baby shower, graduation, mothers day and birthdays. So far anything I have asked them to create they have delivered such as Justin Beiber and belly dancing dogs and cats! The cookies are delicious, staff is friendly, and the manager Cody Trotter is a pleasure to work with and is always willing to meet my needs. These cookies are such a special touch to all special occasions!
