A lil slow on a Friday night, but no complaints here considering I was with a large party and needed the space anyways!

Loved the renovated decor and intimate ambiance. Free parking is always a plus in my book and the music was decent.

Considering how much we drank and ate the bill wasn't as much as i expected, but i think my korean friend worked his magic to tweak the bill to our liking lol

super asian! i know I'm korean and my parents are straight up straight up Korean folk, but I was raised super American and I don't hang out with that many Korean people. I suck. Anyways, I digress.

The point is that my cousin invited me out to drink, so I jumped at the opportunity to come here. It's in the Korean mall thing, great thing about it is that I don't have to scour the streets for parking and it was freeeeeeeee!

I went inside and the whole bar was empty...on a friday night...But hey, better service for us, right? well, sorta. the waiters sorta disappeared a lot but they did bring us everything we wanted when we were able to flag them down, which was great. we pillaged them of their lemons. ;)

I would definitely go back to this place. especially with their yelp deal. also, they have some good deals. and I like the comp soup thing or chips they usually hand out.
I just wish it wasn't so empty...

Oh Bos, how you slid your way into my Friday night is still bewildering, but you know what? You were a pretty decent find! Although our overly vocal group was given many "what are YOU doing here" looks by the regulars, Donny our server treated us like any other paying customer. He even opened up the VIP section for us (not as baller as it sounds). The prices for pitchers seemed high ($18 or $19 for Sam Adams), however my cup always runneth over, so maybe I just don't have enough experience with pitchers to know anything about exorbitant prices. Also was looking forward to trying the yogurt soju but sadly they ran out of it (or never had it, not quite sure) so we had pitchers of the lychee soju cocktail instead. While I wanted to get into the whole, "When in Rome" attitude (where Rome is substituted with Koreatown), I definitely think beer is more my style.

All in all, glad I was able to try somewhere new with good pals who made it an instant winner. I wouldn't rush back, but I would prob swing by if I was with an entourage in Ktown and needed a little drinky pooh.

This place is very hankook style. It's like you've been transported to Seoul. It's also a little bit like a restaurant in an amusement park. I'm not sure if that works in its favor.

At first glance, the prices are steep for lunch. But the portions are enormous. For four people you can easily get away with ordering only two dishes--especially if your two dishes are pizza and the spicy pork rice punch (don't let the name scare you).

The pizza is 17.99, but it's huge, thin crust, comes with salad and chicken wings. This is not explained in English, so if you can't read Korean, these extras might come as a pleasant shock. The pizza itself is nothing to write home about, but with all the accoutrements, not to mention the side of honey for dipping, it's quite a deal.

We also had the Spicy Pork Rice Punch (spicy bbq pork, with rice balls, and lettuce wraps). I forget how much that was (maybe $14?), but it was a feast. Lots of different flavors and plenty to eat.

Our vegetarian friend ordered the veggie pasta (not on the menu). Fresh veggies, pasta cooked just right and slightly spicy.

Come here with four people, order the garlic pizza and the pork, and thank me later.

Music was WAY too loud.
I wouldn't go here again if I was looking to have any conversations...

Otherwise, just a standard Korean bar with the regular alcohol offerings and side dishes.

It's in Ma-dang center on the ground floor so parking's convenient.

Simply put: one heckuva Deal. We harness the magnificent purchasing might of the Yelp community to swing you massive markdowns at highly rated local businesses. Buying here and paying upfront allows us to negotiate the best price possible — which in turn saves you money.

  • How do I redeem my Deal?

Once you've purchased a Deal, you'll be emailed a voucher. Print it out and present it to the business, or be eco-savvy and bring it up on your handy mobile device. Different Deals have specific requirements (RSVPs, appointments necessary, etc.), so be sure to read the special terms.

  • How long can I use my Deal?

Unless a Deal's specific terms say something different, you'll have a year to redeem the Deal for the offer indicated (e.g. a $50 value for $25); but you can subsequently redeem it for the amount you paid (e.g. the $25). For more information, read the Yelp Deals General Terms.

  • How do I keep tabs on my Deal?
