I hesitate to Yelp this place because I love it so much and I'm a selfish little jerk and I don't want to share. There, I said it. Sigh...okay, fine. I originally went to a chop shop (who shall remain anonymous) via a Groupon to get eyelash extensions for my wedding. After a horrifying experience, I resigned myself to never getting them again.
Unfortunately, I looked about 1,000 times better with them and, I could no longer go back to the approximately 3 eyelashes per eyeball that I used to sport so I came to Yelp to see if there was a better place to go. Blink came highly recommended so I gave it another shot.
Love, love, love, love and love. Their customer service could NOT be better, Chelsea is sweet, professional, efficient and talented and the pricing is very reasonable. They even fed me chocolate during the holidays.
Against my better judgment, you should all go make appointments right now.

I have had a set of embellish lashes put on me a couple of times by Janelle and I am wayyyy impressed. She is so quick and my lashes look so good afterwards. It's inevitable that some of my extensions start turning or fall downwards but when I get my lashes done here, they stay in the upwards position for a good bit of time.
It's a bit pricey to maintain but definately worth every penny if you can afford it. And I wouldn't hesitate to go and get them just for a one time special occasion.

I LOVE Blink!! I've been to Blink twice now, once for eyelash extensions and again for a Lash Dip. I'm a HUGE fan of both! I love not having to put mascara on daily. Getting the extensions put on was so relaxing, I actually fell asleep on the table. haha The Lash Dip was rad too, it looked like I was wearing mascara and it lasted for weeks and weeks! I got so many compliments.
For both of these services, I went to Verlee. She was so comforting, sweet and communicative. She was always aware of my comfort level and made me feel and look great! I would absolutely recommend Verlee and Blink to anyone...actually I have already told all my friends!

Got in and out with the Embellish set in 1 & 1/2 hours. I HATE Groupon, but could not resist the deal. I have heard horror stories about being careful of the companies that are less expensive. The "regular" fee is totally affordable, too! But if you combine affordability, good work, AND in and out on 1 1/2 hours. A HUGE PLUS! I liked the Solana Beach facility and Alissa was nice and professional. The music was soothing, the atmosphere was lovely, the front desk person Sarah was so nice. I got good vibes from this place. The Mission Valley place is closer, but could not get in for the time I wanted. SB was a a good experience. Anyhow. So far, so good.
