Definitely a 5* stop in Whistler.. gourmet "flatbreads" that are really just pizzas. I think their reason for calling them flatbreads, is that they are not all tomato-based. Organic, sustainable - so very fitting for Whistler. Even the soaps in their bathroom is sustainable.
