Passing through Victoria, we decided to look for a Thai restaurant. We checked out a few on Yelp and decided on Baan Thai. It was an excellent choice too! Baan Thai is small (about 45 seats) and you may have to wait for a seat, but hang in there. The night we were there only 2 young ladies were working the floor, but they could really hustle.
