I'm the skeptical type so I kept my expectations low. However the chicken pho really is as good as everyone's saying. The crispy skin chicken was certainly one of the best I've ever had. It was cooked absolutely perfectly. Skin was crunchy while the meat was tender. Broth was spot on too. The five stars is for the chicken pho as I didn't try any other dishes.
