I've had my ups and downs with Apple, but thats not to say they do have pretty good customer service. I took my macbook in (it refused to turn on) to get fixed, and they fixed it. Quickly, efficiently and painlessly. They even upgraded my OS to the latest version. I think they call it OSX Lion. I forgot the name of the chap I was dealing with, but he was very helpful and a breeze to speak…
