This is an exceptionally good butcher. You get what you pay for, and at Vince Gasparro's you get high quality meat. I bought a delicious steak here and gobbled it down very easily after cooking it on the grill. I have also gotten some beef shoulder that I made into a slow cooker beef and red wine dish that came out really well. The guys behind the counter are exactly who you'd picture to work…
