Honestly, this place charmed the socks off my feet! Hogetsu is located in a semi-ghetto non-descript plaza, so when looking for the bakery keep your eyes open. There are two glass display cases in the store with rows of different manju (rice cakes) delights lined up neatly on trays. The Takeda's did a great job of explaining the different flavors and what was in each manju, as none of the trays…
