Their Peking Duck is excellent. The Peking Duck is $40 (taxes in) and consists of a three course meal: 1) soup made with the duck bones; 2) crispy duck skin and meat served with "pancakes", scallions and hoisen sauce; and 3) mixed vegetables and duck meat.
