This is a great Pho restaurant. The atmosphere, tho a bit odd, is cool. The service is somewhat confusing. If you go there, just seat yourself, and a waitress will come to you. Don't really wait to be seated. The first time I went I stood there for 10mins then just sat us, and all was good. All in all, a really great place for lunch or a cheap dinner.
