deep fried fois gras cod fritters beet and goat cheese salad guinea hen liver mousse venison tongue with taragon boudin(blood pudding)with mashed potatos au pied du cochon we had 2 beers and a bottle of cabernet sauvignon we ate and drank so much we couldnt do the duck in a can but there'll be a next time. this restaurant has the most amazing food i have ever had.
