The people here are really well-trained, very friendly service, the woman at the Info Desk speaks English, French and Spanish, the tellers are helpful (with the exception of a male teller who served me a few weeks ago) so I have no main complaints about their customer service, quite the opposite, I highly commend the customer service quality of RBC.
