I adore Hey Sugar bakery!!! It's fantastic! I have tried a variety of different cupcakes from them. I prefer the Mint Chocolate ones, with their Red Velvet a close second. The Icing is piled on (They don't skimp but it's not too much either). The staff are friendly and helpful if you have questions. I love how open the shop is.
