Review from Deniella G.
Edmonton, AB
When I was 13 years old Zipp asked me if I would like a tattoo.
I asked " Don't I need parental consent?" He said "Yes but we could work around it"
Wow am I glad I wasn't to stupid at 13 to go here.
It was also a "museum" with pickled animal parts and bodies in jars...mmm delicious ; ) -

* Edmonton's little shop of tattoo horrors * - Edmonton Journal 6/19/2009
From an article in today's Edmonton Journal: http://www.vancouversu...
Here are some quotes from the article today that I just read:
- "Former customers told to get tested for HIV, hepatitis"
- "...health authority closed Zipp's Tattoo and Museum shop at Whyte Avenue and 100th Street because of unsanitary practices and sterilization concerns over reusable piercing and tattooing equipment."
- "The owner told health inspectors he had been recently tattooing animals in his studio, but denied tattooing people."
- "Dirty and unsterile instruments were being used on clients, and the ultrasonic cleaning device was not being operated in a sanitary way."
