Alex and Conrad were on time, were very quick, handled all my stuff with care (nothing broke or was scratched), knew what they were doing and were professional. I'm not sure what else you could asked for.
They are no-frill movers unlike the big franchises so don't expect a fancy looking truck and a moving coordinator - just expect quick, honest service that doesn't waste your time and which doesn't require you to worry.
I will be recommending them to all my friends when they move - it would be money well spent for them. -

I have not been able to use their services.
Alex's demeanor was very off-putting over the phone: I actually had to ask if this is a bad time for him, and if he would like me to call another time, twice. He assured me that, no, it's okay. He said he should be free on day X, and that I should email him detailed information about my home.
After filling out a very long and completely non-user friendly form, I sent my information to Alex. This took me the better part of an hour. The next day, I get a one-liner message from Alex: "Sorry, we are not available close to the end of the month."
I'm sorry, but I specifically asked about your availability on day X, and I even indicated that I would be flexible: anytime, any day between the 24th to the 30th. This company is VERY unprofessional. They were rude on the telephone, they only accept cash, no credit card, no cheque. Upon booking the moving, the person on the phone decided after telling me about the 1pm booking time that he "did not want to do this move". He would not give me an explanation as to why, nor would tell me what I could do to not have someone refuse my move.
I am a single female with a small apartment that would likely have taken the 2 hours only to move. Perhaps that is why? I feel very discriminated against. I will never recommend these movers.Comment from Alex G. of Zero Gravity Movers 5/20/2011

The lady and I booked these guys for a move about eight monts ago, and I would not hesitate to use them again. Alex and his buddy showed up on time and were all business. They worked incredibly fast and efficient on both sides of the move. Definitely recommended.
