I spend a lot of time in front of a computer at work so I frequently have problems with my lower back. The first time I came I was also having trouble sleeping because of neck and shoulder tension.
The massage was great - that night I actually slept decently for the first time in a while. The room is nice too - very quiet and comfortable.
If you spend a lot of time in front of a computer, you need to try this at least once. Actually, everyone needs to try this place at least once. I guarantee you'll want to come back. -

One of the best massage places in Montreal. Especially the Ashiatsu or Treading( walking on the back).
