    ZERO STARS if i could.  - 38 filtered reviews all pretty much mirror the same negative experience that we had - (p.s. 38 filtered reviews...something fishy here).

    DO NOT buy any 'vouchers' for here (also be careful b/c sometimes they sell under a different business name until you go to their website! ).

    After our little inconvenience in Aug 2011 of them cancelling our appt 4 days before, we decided to be more careful and proactive - especially since our appt was booked 3 months ago.  We confirmed our upcoming appointment THREE times (on the phone) - all was confirmed 2 days prior to appointment.

    My cousin took the day off work, arrived 15 mins pre appointment only to find out that our 2 appointments (my cousin and I) were not in the appointment books!   WTH?!   The front desk lady claims that she phoned us to cancel but we did not receive a phone call nor a voice message.

    Also, after probing her, I find out that one girl quit 'awhile ago' and that the other girl had phoned in sick the morning of.  If the one girl quit awhile ago, how come we did not get a phone call earlier being that they would have been short one nail esthetician?  How would the remaining ONE girl be able to do TWO nail appointments at the same time?!?!  Clearly they had no intention of replacing the 2nd girl and we would have been short either way.

    Shady business, HORRIBLE customer service, no accountability (always blames the computer scheduling errors), appointments are made months in advanced as they 'have no availability'. Claims were made to me that 'it's out of my control'.... It is not out of your control.  YOU are running a business and everything should be in your control.

    We will be asking the 'voucher' company for a refund as this business is unprofessional and ridiculous to work with.

    Well.... I am in no position to review any of the services at Zeneba Academy, because quite simply, they cancelled my next two appointments.

    What I am writing about, is about my opinion of their customer service.

    I bought a Dealfind for $129 for a year's worth manicures and pedicures (2 per month) on July 15th.  This company has an online booking system, and the calendar was completely full until September (strike one).  No problem, I booked my pedicures for every second Thursday after work starting in September.

    September comes...  48 hours before my first appointment, I get an email cancellation from their online booking system for my first October appointment.  Eyebrow up, but no problem... things happen. I will rebook when I go in for my first pedicure on Thursday.

    Then, less than 24 hours before my Thursday appointment, I get an email from the online booking system cancelling my appointment.

    I get into work in the morning and I give them a call.  No one picks up and voicemail is full.

    I go onto Google and search for Zeneba reviews and see a long list of pain that is similar to mine.  Panic slowly starts to brew inside me.  

    I contact dealfind and explain to them what happened.  Dealfind was AWESOME!  The short story, is that they asked for 24 hours to contact the vendor, to give them a chance to rectify it.  The next day, they emailed me and said that their experience was similar to mine.  Dealfind refunded me my $129 + 10% for my trouble.

    Zeneba Academy, I don't know what to say.  You offered an outstanding deal, but it is useless to me if I am unable to contact you.
