Shannon is the best trainer in Vancouver. After trying 2 classes and a private trainer we finally found someone who could actually help. Our dog was aggressive with other dogs, reactive on the leash, chased everything and completely ignored everything when she was off leash. We now have a different dog. Walks nicely on the leash, attends the group sessions with other dogs! Looks at us when off leash to see what we want her to do, she will still think about chasing a squirrel but it is getting better and better. I HIGHLY recommend shannon at Zen Dogs, if your dog has any problems at all and you actually want help rehabilitating them she is your trainer. And the group classes are SO MUCH FUN!

Shannon is a great trainer and more importantly, she's your dog's best friend. Her training price is not cheap but is certainly worth every penny plus you are welcomed to join her group class for the rest of your dog's life.
She's refreshingly informed about dog's behaviours (and misbehaviours,) More importantly, her approach is personalized and she's always ready with an answer just a phone or an email away.
